A former RF engineer working for live broadcast French companies, Mathieu took the management of Actis in 2008, a French RF Camera Specialist provider. In 2014, Gravity Media group acquired Actis and Mathieu became the managing director of the company. He successfully managed its transition from a local business into an international organisation. His leadership skills paved the way for the company to become one of the most successful rental business in France as well as delivering RF operations for international events and developing flyaway business.

Mathieu is spear-heading Kaptures & the clients to get the best essential business development strategy and support in France and abroad.

Romain is leading the daily operations of Kaptures. He builds relationship with our clients making sure our company meets their needs on-time & in the most efficient way.

He is a telecommunications engineer by profession. In 2014, he joined Actis, a French RF camera specialist, as a business developer convinced with the convergence of the telecommunications & broadcast industry. He became the sales director of Gravity Media after it acquired Actis and advanced to the managing director position.

Romain has developed a strong network of customers, manufacturers, and equipment providers over the years.

As Chief Technology Officer, Cyril makes it a point that the company is able to provide the most reliable and innovative solution to meet the requirements of our clients.

Cyril has a wide range of experience as a technical director, TV director, and also as a technical Broadcast professor. Over the years, he has developed a diverse set of audiovisual professional skills and deep knowledge of the technical process in live production chain. Combining these with a creative mind, he constantly pushes the boundaries in coming up with research-based and innovative technical solutions in the production of live media coverage to various clients.

The remote set-up he has put in place in emergency during the pandemic for a famous TV show showed his adaptability and responsiveness facing any type of technical and operational challenges.
